Airport Transfers
From ₹1,200Dehradun's Jolly Grant airport is thirty-five kilometres from Haridwar — about an hour on a good road. We track your flight, so a delayed arrival costs you nothing and there is no scramble to reach us from the terminal. Our chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board, handles your luggage, and you are on the road within minutes of clearing the gate. We also run the longer transfers to and from Delhi (IGT) and Chandigarh for guests flying international or arriving on late connections.

Railway Station Pickups
From ₹500Most of our guests arrive by train, and Haridwar Junction at six in the morning with luggage and family is not where anyone wants to start negotiating a fare. We meet you on the platform side, take the bags, and drive you straight to your hotel, ashram or dharamshala. If your train is running late — and on this line it often is — we wait, at no extra cost, because we are watching the running status.

Hourly & Local Rental
From ₹1,200A car and chauffeur held for you across Haridwar and Rishikesh, charged by the block rather than by the trip. This is what most guests choose for a temple day — Har Ki Pauri, Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi ropeways, Daksh Mahadev, Bharat Mata Mandir and Shantikunj are spread right across the city, and having the vehicle waiting in the heat with your bags and prasad in it changes the day completely.

Every fare is all-inclusive — fuel, driver allowance, tolls and state permits are in the number we quote you, and there is no separate bill at the end of the trip. Our published route fares cover the popular runs; anything else, send us the pickup and drop and we will price it the same way.

Char Dham & Yatra Vehicles
From ₹5,500 / dayThe pilgrimage circuit is our speciality and it is not a job for a city driver. Our yatra vehicles carry oxygen cylinders and a basic medical kit, our chauffeurs have driven the Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath roads for years, and we handle Char Dham registration, biometric passes, green-card checks and hotel bookings at each halt. Pony, palki, porter and helicopter arrangements are made ahead at agreed rates.

Wedding & Event Fleets
On requestDecorated cars for the baraat, Innovas and Tempo Travellers to move guests between the venue, the station and their hotels, and a coordinator on WhatsApp who keeps the whole fleet moving on the day. We work Haridwar, Rishikesh and Dehradun weddings regularly and understand that on a wedding day the vehicle arriving at the right minute matters more than anything else about it.

We handle recurring monthly requirements with consolidated billing and GST invoicing, and can hold vehicles on standby for the duration of a multi-day event rather than charging trip by trip.

No advance is needed to hold a date on most bookings. For multi-day tours, Char Dham journeys and wedding fleets we ask for a small token to block hotels and vehicles, and the balance is settled at the end of the trip.
Fuel, driver allowance, tolls and state permits are included in every fare we quote. Parking charges, entry tickets, and driver night-halt on multi-day trips are the only extras, and we tell you about those before you book.
Our hill-route chauffeurs have driven the Char Dham and Kumaon circuits for years. We never send a driver on a route they have not run before, particularly on the Kedarnath, Badrinath and Gangotri approaches.
Yes. We book stays at every halt on our tour packages, and can arrange hotels separately for guests who only need a vehicle from us. We work with properties we have used ourselves.
Yes, our dispatch runs 24 hours. Late-night railway and airport pickups are routine. We do avoid starting high-altitude mountain legs after dark, for the obvious reason.
